Sooty n Nutty

An Imperial Milk Stout but with a twist. We start with a magnificent imperial English stout with strong
chocolate and coffee flavours from the darker malts. There is little to no hop aroma but bitterness, from the malt and hops, is pronounced. We turn it into a milk stout by adding lactose (milk sugar) that makes the beer slightly sweeter and higher in mouth-feel. We then use chestnut and hazelnut extracts to give a bold, balanced nut edge to this great beer.
