I Survived
This beer is a sour ale, so less than 50% wheat, soured with lactobaccilus to quite a low level…. so expect some sharpness in the taste. Then, after a normal beer fermentation, we add rhubarb, vanilla with a little passionfruit for that extra sourness.
This beer is slightly cloudy, intense in flavour and with a distinct sourness. Full on with strong acidity, colour and flavour. You may also find some of those bready tones from a wheat beer.
Abv 5.5%.
