Wicked Orange Shake

This beer is a one-off batch of a New England IPA with lactose and orange. The base beer is an American IPA in style but with a complex mix of Citra, Amarillo and Saaz added at many stages during brewing and fermentation. Adding hops in this way helps create a beer high
in mouthfeel and gives a medium haziness. The beer has a very fresh taste and is high in hop aroma. After main fermentation we add orange and lactose to make it slightly sweeter and give an intense orange taste and aroma.
