Winter Ale
This is a special winter edition of our favourite Dark Mild. This beer is red to dark brown in colour with hints of caramel, nut, chocolate and roasted malt flavours. It has a low level of hopping as the star in this beer is the malt. The beer is medium mouthfeel and is low in carbonation so the malt aromas can really shine.
Abv 4.7%.
Temperature: 8–12°C
Food: Beef cobbler, mashed potatoes and winter greens
